Key Responsibilities

•Define and prototype what “AI-native frontend infrastructure” means with humans and AI agents as first-class users of development tooling.
•Use AI to automate repository maintenance, large-scale refactoring, error diagnosis and remediation, CI/CD automation, and knowledge management.
•Create evaluation and benchmarking frameworks to measure AI-assisted productivity, reliability, and code correctness at scale.
•Design and build AI-native interaction paradigms and web application architectures that enable AI-driven frontend experiences.
•Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform solutions and drive adoption.

Key Requirements

•Extensive web development experience focused on frontend infrastructure.
•Strong modern web skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with major frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
•Deep experience with large-scale frontend infrastructure such as monorepo toolchains (Rush, pnpm, Turborepo), dependency management, CI/CD pipelines, and incremental build systems.
•Demonstrated ability to architect complex frontend or platform systems, including reusable development frameworks and scalable engineering standards.
•Experience integrating LLMs or AI systems into engineering workflows such as code generation, refactoring tools, automated code review, and CI automation.
