Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead shift maintenance of the central utility plant, gas farm, chemical systems, industrial HVAC, power, plumbing, exhaust, and wastewater treatment.
  • •Own preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime and minimize unplanned downtime.
  • •Troubleshoot and drive root-cause resolution on facility equipment failures.
  • •Manage CMMS work orders, spare parts, and technician execution in a high-reliability environment.
  • •Coach and develop facilities maintenance technicians/specialists while enforcing safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification, or 3+ years of experience in facilities/utilities maintenance.
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience with central utility plants, industrial HVAC, gas/chemical systems, or manufacturing facilities maintenance.
  • •1+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead position.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related STEM field.
  • •Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms, predictive maintenance tools (vibration, thermography, oil analysis), and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
