Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain score features of defense tooling products, ensuring robust and scalable performance for defense-grade workloads.
  • •Collaborate frequently with US-based product and engineering teams to deliver features on shared roadmaps, operating as the Korea-based extension of the global product teams.
  • •Contribute to system-level design and architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • •Mentor and lead junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring team success.
  • •Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD to maintain product-quality deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
  • •Proven track record of delivering software solutions within agile, high-frequency release cycles
  • •Experience building simulation platforms, ML training infrastructure, or developer tooling — ideally for robotics, autonomy, or defense applications
  • •Experience with reinforcement learning frameworks and/or simulation engines
