Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement scalable, reliable data architectures on GCP.
  • •Model and build data warehouse solutions in Snowflake (dimensional models, virtual warehouses, clustering/micro-partitions) and integrate with the GCP data ecosystem.
  • •Develop batch and real-time ETL/ELT pipelines using GCP services such as BigQuery, WorkFlow, Dataproc, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Composer.

  • •At least 5 years implementing scalable, reliable data architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • •Strong understanding of data models, warehouse structures, and data lake strategies using BigQuery, Snowflake, and GCS.
  • •Very strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and PySpark.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Snowflake including advanced SQL, performance and cost tuning, and secure data sharing.
  • •Experience building end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines and data migration strategies from on-prem/legacy systems to GCP and Snowflake.
