Key Responsibilities

  • •Autonomously lead end-to-end management of product warehouse claims for a defined scope and market region
  • •Collaborate with regional quality managers to investigate quality defects, determine root causes, and align corrective actions
  • •Assess claim scope and potential impact, collect expert feedback, and provide analysis to senior leaders
  • •Analyze return and quality claim data to identify trends and translate findings into recommendations for product creation and production improvements
  • •Own the C4C transfer-in project process and BU communication flow in China, coordinating cross-functional quality alignment

Key Requirements

  • •College or university degree focused on product engineering, or equivalent education/experience
  • •Minimum 4 years of work experience in the sporting goods industry, ideally across sourcing, development, commercialization, and production
  • •Expert product and manufacturing process knowledge
  • •Strong data analytical skills to interpret claim and testing results
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
