Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and manage full life cycle recruiting, focusing on creating a more diverse and equitable work environment and building trusting relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • •Assess and improve talent acquisition processes (pre- and post-hire), providing input into redesign as global best practices are adopted and optimizing Workday technology-enabled processes.
  • •Use varied sourcing techniques, social media channels, and innovative sourcing tools to find active and passive candidates.
  • •Build strong and diverse talent pipelines for current and future roles across the global sales organization.
  • •Manage candidate workflow through Ashby and ensure compliance across the employee life cycle per regulatory environments; serve as point of contact for audits.
