Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a project team of engineers, consultants, and contractors through engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • •Manage design deliverables (drawings, documentation, and reports) for large facility/infrastructure projects.
  • •Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts and subcontractor scope from conceptual design through closeout.
  • •Design HVAC and mechanical piping systems using engineering principles and detailed bid/specification documents.
  • •Coordinate planning and execution of multiple construction projects, including field conflict resolution and schedule/budget forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or another engineering discipline.
  • •5+ years of professional experience designing and building large commercial or industrial-type projects.
  • •Experience with mechanical/process piping and/or HVAC system design and/or project execution.
  • •Experience with fluid systems (e.g., ASME B31.3 and B31.9) and construction site field work.
  • •Ability to work onsite full-time and perform hands-on work in varied environments, including extended hours and weekends as needed.
