Director of Engineering, Internal Platform

Lead a highly secure, available, and high-performance internal platform that enables teams to build tooling and safely engage with LLMs. Own and evolve the platform’s infrastructure, tooling, observability, controls, and shared capabilities, balancing velocity with safety and security. Directly supervise engineering managers and ICs while partnering across the organization to define a long-term roadmap, recruit top talent, and advocate for responsible internal platform use.
