3D Modeller - Digital Twin (Abu Dhabi, AE)

Create advanced 3D digital models for mechanical assemblies, modular structures, buildings, infrastructure, and large environments. Capture and process indoor/outdoor laser scan data, convert point-clouds into accurate vector models, and develop and maintain BIM models with proper georeferencing. Produce photorealistic rendered visualizations and presentations, collaborate with technical experts and stakeholders, and lead/mentor a small CAD Draftsmen team while supporting digital twin capability growth.
