Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end supplier relationship management for assigned indirect categories, including performance management, issue resolution, and compliance with Micron’s Supplier Code of Conduct and CSR expectations.
  • •Act as regional category lead, aligning demand, priorities, sourcing strategies, and customer requirements with cross-functional customers.
  • •Lead commercial supplier qualification across the region, including supplier selection, onboarding, development, and capability strengthening.
  • •Translate market intelligence and pricing trends into actionable insights and build regional cost models to support should-cost analysis and sourcing arguments.
  • •Lead RFx and sourcing events through award and transition, and define/implement contract strategies (negotiating terms, renewals, repricing, transitions) with supplier governance cadence.
