Job Summary

Make customer data ready for AI and GenAI workloads within Dell’s Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) team. Lead data readiness assessments, map data landscapes, and build or improve data integrations and ETL/ELT pipelines that deliver AI-ready datasets. Design governance and compliance controls (access, sensitive data handling, retention, auditability) and ensure proof-of-value pipelines scale to production. Partner with AI Architects, AI Strategists, and customer stakeholders to align data execution with AI priorities.

•Lead data readiness assessments for FDE engagements, including cataloging data assets, ownership, quality, accessibility, and AI suitability.
•Perform hands-on data integration and transformation work to prepare AI-ready datasets for proof-of-value and production solutions.
•Design and configure data governance and compliance controls (access control, sensitive data handling, retention, auditability) for regulatory and organizational needs.
•Define integration patterns and pipelines that deliver AI-ready data with appropriate security, risk, and privacy controls.
•Ensure PoV pipelines are production-aware from the start (monitoring, reliability, performance, maintainability) and partner with AI Architects/Strategists to align data flows with overall AI priorities.

•Scale data pipelines from pilot to production while maintaining performance, reliability, and compliance.
