Job Summary

PMC Lead QAQC Engineer role supporting ADNOC Offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. Leads quality assurance/quality control activities to ensure products, processes, and systems meet quality standards through planning, inspection, testing, and continuous improvement, with focus on offshore oil & gas deliverables and client expectations.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the application of quality principles, systems and measures across programs or projects to ensure delivery meets quality policy and objectives.
•Plan and execute risk-based assurance plans, escalate significant findings to program/project leaders, and monitor delivery performance data.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to promote quality management and gather feedback to improve performance.
•Coordinate resource planning and allocation (including people and budgets) to deliver objectives and deliverables.
•Support implementation and certification of the Wood Business Management System (BMS) across the organization and ensure ongoing compliance.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering or equivalent in Quality management, project management or related discipline (essential)
•Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 10 years in oil & gas (offshore experience) (essential)

•Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organizations, Project Management Institute or equivalent (desirable)
•Experience in the Middle East is preferred
