Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on backend development for TikTok’s proprietary CRM platform.
  • •Turn TikTok’s proprietary CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform using industry best practices.
  • •Understand users’ personalized requests and propose scalable technical solutions.
  • •Build a globalized CRM system with high performance and availability across multiple regions.
  • •Collaborate with Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform for sales and marketing agents/partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience building or working with big data components (e.g., Spark, OLAP engines, Flink) is a plus.
  • •Professional experience with Java is preferred.
  • •Professional experience with Spring Boot and/or other microservice frameworks is preferred.
  • •Professional experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres) is preferred.
