Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in demand reviews and input ordering status.
  • •Organize and input all affiliate orders, provide order status reports, and review production plans.
  • •Coordinate with carriers/forwarders to book vessels and schedule container stuffing; manage customs documentation with customers.
  • •Prepare visibility on order progress and delivery against KPIs; maintain order databases and routine reports.
  • •Provide analyses on container utilization, freight costs, and carrier performance to optimize costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Participate in demand reviewing meetings and provide input on ordering status.
  • •Organize, review and input all orders from affiliates in system and provide reports on order status.
  • •Review production plans from affiliates and ensure on-time in-full product dispatch; liaise with carriers/forwarders to book vessels and schedule container stuffing for WH team.
  • •Prepare, review and send documentation for customs clearance; manage customs-related documentation and export formalities.
  • •Provide reporting on order progress, service performance, and cost optimization analyses (container utilization, freight cost, carrier performance).
