Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily operations of the retirement community, ensuring continuity and quality of services across nursing, resident engagement, dining, housekeeping, and maintenance.
•Provide effective leadership to departmental leaders, uphold company policies, and promote Primrose core values.
•Develop, implement, and administer the budget, monitoring food, supply and labor costs and variances.
•Oversee all business activities including banking deposits, rent recaps, payroll, and monthly bills.
•Oversee onboarding and ongoing staff training to meet state and Primrose standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field.
•Three or more years working in the senior living industry.

•Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to Assisted Living and Memory Care.
•Ability to interpret financial statements and administer a set budget.
