Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical lead for sales opportunities involving integrations and data management on the Workiva platform.
  • •Conduct solution discovery and deliver value presentations across Workiva solutions including Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability.
  • •Partner with Regional Sales Directors and customer-facing teams to determine challenges and requirements, and guide IT conversations about platform fit.
  • •Own technical outcomes across your territory, including building business cases and proposals and serving as the primary technical partner for enterprise opportunities.
  • •Mentor and train team members and guide enterprise IT and line-of-business leaders on modernizing data management using Workiva’s platform and AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of related experience in pre-sales/solution consulting or management consulting (e.g., Big 4) focused on solution consulting, technical sales, or solution delivery.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Deep domain knowledge of sustainability and ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, GRI, ISSB, TCFD, EU Taxonomy) and carbon accounting across Scope 1, 2, and 3 (GHG Protocol).
  • •Experience preparing and delivering software demos/presentations or implementing complex software platforms (e.g., ERPs, business intelligence, Hyperion, OneStream).
  • •Proven ability to position and consult on modern data strategies, enterprise integrations, and practical AI applications (e.g., automated data curation, machine learning, predictive analytics).
