Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide routine navigation support for HR-related correspondence (e.g., address changes, application support, background check corrections, and employee self-service support).
  • •Support HR systems and processes by performing intake data tasks, updating personal information, navigating HR systems, and assisting with LOA support.
  • •Manage high-volume walk-up support and incoming support calls routed to the People Operations team, resolving first-level support requests.
  • •Monitor HR inboxes and respond directly or escalate issues to appropriate People Operations teams (including Centers of Excellence, Directors HR, or leadership).
  • •Collaborate with the People Operations team to improve support service level agreements and help meet department KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •2+ years of relevant customer support experience and prior data entry experience.
  • •Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; understanding of HR systems and processes is a plus.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of end users via verbal and written support.
  • •Excellent customer service, analytical/troubleshooting skills, planning and organizational skills; detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
