Key Responsibilities

  • •Define audit project objectives, scope, work plan, and sampling criteria with the Internal Audit Manager.
  • •Perform audits by evaluating process risks and control systems and maintaining effective time management to complete engagements.
  • •Gather, develop, and maintain audit documentation for testing and analysis.
  • •Review audit results with the Internal Audit Manager and report findings with an overall assessment of the area reviewed.
  • •Support recommendations and management action plans, follow up on remediation, and prevent/detect fraud while maintaining audit tools and processes.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • •Two years of auditing or professional accounting experience.
  • •Non-profit experience and/or experience working with international staff.
  • •Personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ and commitment to the mission; demonstrates servant leadership, integrity, and confidentiality.
