Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary creative project contact for assigned brands with updates on project status, timelines, bandwidth, and creative direction.
  • •Translate campaign objectives into actionable creative requests and recommend realistic delivery dates based on designer/editor bandwidth.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day workflow of design and media projects, documenting revisions and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
  • •Lead cross-functional project communication through standups, status updates, kickoff meetings, and stakeholder check-ins.
  • •Route creative assets for review and approval and ensure edits are communicated and applied in a timely manner.

Salary: USD 21 - 27 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business marketing or management, or related experience.
  • •1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • •Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event locations.
  • •Ability to work in an open concept office space.
