Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with internal Coach designers on seasonal development, product expectations, and deliverables to ensure clear alignment.
  • •Conduct seasonal trend research and pass trend and seasonal color palettes to the licensing team, coordinating seasonal prints as needed.
  • •Create and implement processes to ensure licensed product follows the correct approval process, and support the license account for hardware/trim/print approvals.
  • •Work with materials teams to secure tie-back materials; manage RTW fabric/leather/trim and pass cuttings for sample and bulk stages to streamline setup processes.
  • •Manage the development calendar, follow up on sample status for proto and show samples, and handle late requests to keep product on the development/production timeline.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Fashion/Apparel Design or a related field.
  • •4 years of experience in the job offered or a related position.
  • •Experience examining sample garments on and off models and modifying designs to achieve desired effects.
  • •Experience selecting materials and production techniques for products.
  • •Experience using computer aided design (CAD) software including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
