Job Summary

Own key accounts receivable payment activities, including timely recording of customer payments, investigating and resolving payment queries, processing returned payments, and performing account reconciliations. Support month-end and quarter-end close, provide audit support, handle payments impacted by sanction review requests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct coding. Participate in regression/feature uptake testing and contribute to process improvements and automation testing/implementations.
