Senior Director, Innovation Banking

Lead Innovation Banking strategy and execution for a region/business line, driving growth of loan and deposit portfolios and improving customer retention. Manage and develop a team of commercial bankers, business development officers, and portfolio management staff to expand market share and strengthen portfolio health. Own tactical execution of transaction pitches and term sheet negotiations, guide credit structuring and customer assessment, and proactively mitigate deteriorating loan performance. Collaborate with credit administration, risk/compliance, and loan administration to ensure risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service.
