Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional merchandising strategy and execution by building market- and consumer-relevant seasonal assortments aligned to brand strategy and performance insights
  • •Own Go-To-Market leadership, including product handover to Sales Planning and driving the full seasonal adoption process to meet financial targets and SKU productivity
  • •Foster cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Planning, Marketing, and Product Creation to define segmentation and growth strategies
  • •Monitor and improve business performance through forecast accuracy, SKU efficiency, and catalog readiness while managing samples and data integrity
  • •Educate and align the sales force on product innovation, brand priorities, and seasonal merchandising plans
