•Lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, setting direction and priorities for products, services, and experiences for client groups.
•Develop product roadmaps with Relationship Managers and Line of Business (LOB) partners, grounded in industry landscape, competitive environment, and client voice.
•Manage teams that build and groom backlogs from EPICS to user stories with LOB, UX/UI, Content, Technology, and Operations partners.
•Partner with Tech Agile teams on development, rollout, and post-production support; coordinate with Legal, Risk, & Compliance and other internal teams as needed.
•Own client experience/results/KPIs, manage product pricing (including modeling pricing changes), and oversee annual budget with monthly forecasting; hire, mentor, and manage team members.
