Team Leader - Grocery

Lead the Grocery team to deliver quality, range, and freshness standards that enhance the customer experience and support sales targets. Implement store pricing and commercial policies, oversee product assortment, and manage promotions with suppliers. Monitor NPS, stock levels, replenishment, waste/shrinkage, and slow-moving items to reduce expiry risk. Coach and develop team members while ensuring issues are addressed immediately.
