Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, revise, and maintain customer-facing communications, sales enablement resources, technical documentation, knowledge base articles, SOPs, playbooks, user guides, and training materials.

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop, review, coordinate, and publish content for customer education, training, sales enablement, and product adoption.

Key Requirements
