Key Responsibilities

•Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across key global accounting areas, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong control execution.
•Lead and develop a small team by setting expectations, coaching through the work, and improving review quality and ownership.
•Apply U.S. GAAP judgment to complex close areas (including cloud infrastructure spend, accruals, capitalization considerations, fixed assets, leases, cash).
•Drive adoption of AI and automation across core close areas to improve accrual accuracy, accelerate reconciliations, and reduce close cycle times.
•Strengthen SOX compliance and support external audit requests; partner on SAP implementation activities (process design, testing, cutover, stabilization).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 199,700 - 274,550 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive accounting experience with close ownership across complex global accounting areas (GL, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, cash, leases).
•2+ years of people management experience, able to coach others on technical accounting while maintaining high close quality and efficiency.
•CPA, SOX experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
•Strong U.S. GAAP judgment and critical thinking to reason through complex facts and identify risks.
•Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and familiarity with tools like FloQast, Zip, or Emburse; AI/automation experience in finance is a strong plus.
