Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across key global accounting areas, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong control execution.
  • •Lead and develop a small team by setting expectations, coaching through the work, and improving review quality and ownership.
  • •Apply U.S. GAAP judgment to complex close areas (including cloud infrastructure spend, accruals, capitalization considerations, fixed assets, leases, cash).
  • •Drive adoption of AI and automation across core close areas to improve accrual accuracy, accelerate reconciliations, and reduce close cycle times.
  • •Strengthen SOX compliance and support external audit requests; partner on SAP implementation activities (process design, testing, cutover, stabilization).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 199,700 - 274,550 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive accounting experience with close ownership across complex global accounting areas (GL, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, cash, leases).
  • •2+ years of people management experience, able to coach others on technical accounting while maintaining high close quality and efficiency.
  • •CPA, SOX experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • •Strong U.S. GAAP judgment and critical thinking to reason through complex facts and identify risks.
  • •Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and familiarity with tools like FloQast, Zip, or Emburse; AI/automation experience in finance is a strong plus.
