Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess community needs and execute strategies aligned to the community and economic development vision and priorities.
  • •Develop and implement strategies to remediate CRA performance gaps to achieve strong CRA outcomes.
  • •Develop and lead relationships with community partners, nonprofits, and internal leaders across relevant functions including marketing, corporate social responsibility, and government relations.
  • •Represent the bank in the community by serving on boards/committees/taskforces supporting low- and moderate-income communities and attending community events.
  • •Lead oversight and execution for assigned assessment areas by analyzing, managing, monitoring, and reporting CRA-related risks and supporting CRA exam contributions.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience implementing or managing Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and community development strategies.
  • •In-depth knowledge of CRA-related laws and regulations.
  • •Experience analyzing CRA performance and market data and communicating qualitative/quantitative assessments to stakeholders.
  • •Strong project management skills to develop and implement initiative plans across assigned assessment areas.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and effective written and oral communication skills.
