Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide ongoing case management to Match Grant clients, including assessing needs, developing and monitoring individualized service plans, and connecting clients to appropriate social services and community resources.
  • •Deliver employment-focused support for economic self-sufficiency, including job readiness, job searches, applications, resume development, interview preparation, employment placement, retention, and career advancement.
  • •Maintain regular client communication through home visits, phone calls, and office visits to monitor progress and address needs impacting self-sufficiency.
  • •Develop relationships with employers and community partners to identify employment opportunities and support client job placement and retention.
  • •Maintain detailed case notes and client files to ensure required documentation and services comply with Match Grant and ORR program requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 - 25 hourly

  • •Mature personal Christian faith and ability to affirm World Relief’s Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and related documents.
  • •Committed to World Relief’s mission, vision, and values, with a desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities.
  • •Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and ability to pass MVR standards.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of experience in an office environment.
