Key Responsibilities

•Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and providing timely project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
•Lead all aspects of project administration, ensuring adherence to contract penalty/liquidated damages and managing documentation, safety guidelines, and governing agency requirements.
•Financially manage projects, including cash flow, cost/revenue forecasting, cost at completion, expense monitoring, collections support, and monthly backlog review communications.
•Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents, setting customer expectations, and identifying risks with mitigation plans.
•Oversee subcontractors: manage RFQ processes, award subcontracts, coordinate execution, define communication and billing expectations, and help ensure project safety.

Key Requirements

•Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management degree, or 3–5 years of experience
•Experience with project schedules / PM construction software

•Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years
