Senior HR Business Partner

Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR advisory and execution across the employee lifecycle and people agenda for complex business units. Provide coaching and constructive challenge using HR frameworks, manage performance management end-to-end, and advise on organization structure, capability needs, and workforce planning. Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for high-risk employee relations, ensuring timely, accurate people reporting aligned with DMCC policies and standards.
