Job Summary

Serve as an EHS business partner for ASML customer support site and local office teams, ensuring effective EHS systems, programs, and procedures. Help maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, customer requirements, and Worldwide CS EHS policies. Manage audits, emergency response support, incident/near-miss processing, safety training, budget input, and rollout of new safety requirements, including administration of the ISO 45001 system and involvement in the global EHS community.

Key Responsibilities

•Support management to ensure safe ways of working across customer locations and local offices, including ASML activities at customer sites.
•Monitor compliance with local legal requirements, report deviations, and liaise with customer representatives on EHS subjects.
•Ensure safety data is recorded, verified, and administered; arrange and deliver required audits per customer site cluster.
•Support emergency response processes aligned with customer processes, and process accidents, incidents, and near misses per CS procedures.
•Manage safety escalation by chairing local SRB meetings, rollout new CS safety requirements, deliver safety awareness trainings, and manage local ISO45001 system requirements.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•MS degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, or comparable.
•10+ years of occupational safety and health related work experience, including EHS in high-tech operations and/or field.
•National Certified Safety Professional.
•Strong leadership to guide site EHS team and operations to follow EHS rules and guidance.
•Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (verbal and written), with project management skills and flexibility for frequent travel in China.
