Key Responsibilities

  • •Support management to ensure safe ways of working across customer locations and local offices, including ASML activities at customer sites.
  • •Monitor compliance with local legal requirements, report deviations, and liaise with customer representatives on EHS subjects.
  • •Ensure safety data is recorded, verified, and administered; arrange and deliver required audits per customer site cluster.
  • •Support emergency response processes aligned with customer processes, and process accidents, incidents, and near misses per CS procedures.
  • •Manage safety escalation by chairing local SRB meetings, rollout new CS safety requirements, deliver safety awareness trainings, and manage local ISO45001 system requirements.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •MS degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, or comparable.
  • •10+ years of occupational safety and health related work experience, including EHS in high-tech operations and/or field.
  • •National Certified Safety Professional.
  • •Strong leadership to guide site EHS team and operations to follow EHS rules and guidance.
  • •Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (verbal and written), with project management skills and flexibility for frequent travel in China.
