Key Responsibilities

•Research, develop, and justify automation and manufacturing concepts including feasibility, specifications, timelines, and costs.
•Lead and coordinate the design, development, and installation of equipment that enables unique technological capabilities and products.
•Partner with R&D, marketing, packaging, and industrial engineering to create and develop new products.
•Provide technical specifications for purchased equipment and conduct acceptance testing at fabricator facilities.
•Supervise equipment start-up, training, validation, and maintain accurate engineering records including as-built documentation.
