Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the strategy and vision for generative AI and applied AI initiatives, identifying high-impact innovation areas.
  • •Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI and applied AI prototypes and production-ready solutions using LLMs.
  • •Stay current on generative AI, applied AI, and machine learning research; evaluate new models, tools, and platforms for potential use.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure integration and adoption.
  • •Monitor and optimize deployed AI model performance for scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement while mentoring teams on best practices and ethics.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 15 years of programming and architectural experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.
  • •Knowledge of machine learning models, including deep learning for NLP and generative models.
  • •Solid understanding of AWS and MLOps principles, including AI services delivery and security concepts.
  • •Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and prompt engineering, and using them for generation, summarization, and conversational AI.
