•Prepare and validate payroll data for Germany and the Netherlands to ensure accurate, timely salary payments.
•Support expatriate payroll activities, including tax and social security-related matters.

•Serve as a key contact for employee payroll enquiries through ServiceNow and liaise with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
•Support audits, compliance requirements, payroll reporting, and maintain payroll procedures while contributing to process improvements and automation.
