Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end inventory control operating model across internal warehouses, manufacturing locations, contract manufacturers, 3PLs, and partner-held inventory.
  • •Set governance for cycle counts, risk-based inventory counts, discrepancy approvals, and corrective actions for variances, receiving issues, RMA activity, MRB, scrap, unbuild activity, holds, aging inventory, and open exceptions.
  • •Own 3PL operating relationships and performance management, including standards for receiving, storage, transfers, shipment handoffs, POD retention, exception reporting, and transaction timing.
  • •Lead RMA and reverse logistics inventory control through final receipt and reconciliation, ensuring accurate tracking in ERP/WMS, documentation, custody changes, and exception closure.
  • •Partner with Finance and Accounting to support inventory controls, SOX readiness, audit-ready documentation, and timely exception closure for period-end readiness.

Salary: USD 204,000 - 299,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, supply chain operations, manufacturing operations, 3PL management, logistics operations, or a related field.
  • •Experience leading inventory control and warehouse execution, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and operational process improvement.
  • •Strong understanding of inventory practices across receiving, transfers, cycle counting, variance investigation, inventory adjustments, scrap, MRB, RMA/reverse logistics, and storage/transaction accuracy.
  • •Experience working across multiple inventory nodes (e.g., internal warehouses, manufacturing sites, contract manufacturers, 3PLs, partner locations).
  • •Working knowledge of ERP and WMS systems and operational reporting; NetSuite is strongly preferred, with ability to partner on SOX readiness and audit evidence.
