Senior Design Manager

Lead and manage design management projects across the UK and internationally, overseeing design processes, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate sub-consultants, prepare back-to-back contracts and cash flow projections, and implement design management procedures. Ensure quality and contractual compliance, mentor junior team members, and drive design coordination through workshops and meetings in a hybrid, UK-based role with international scope.
