Key Responsibilities

•Lead design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged turnkey projects.
•Ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work in line with technical, commercial and regulatory standards and budgets.
•Maintain ongoing communication and strong relationships with local clients and stakeholders.
•Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to support project success.
•Provide sound technical and delivery guidance to the team and collaborate with internal stakeholders in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor to Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
•5-8 years’ industry experience on building projects in Australia (commercial, retail, defence, health or education)
•Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence full security clearance – only eligible Australian Citizens
•Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete
•Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery
