Job Summary

Lead and coordinate AR/Finance operations in a hybrid Bengaluru team of 90+, driving SAP/ERP-driven processes, OTC automation projects, and cross-functional collaboration with Tax, Revenue Operations, Treasury, and Client Services to convert billions in AR to cash. Own policy documentation, training, reporting, and escalation for the CFS Technical Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with Credit & Collections and Accounts Receivable teams to outline and document policies and procedures.
•Learn and understand the Order to Cash (OTC) process to assist with automation projects.
•Attend meetings and represent CFS AR regarding ERP updates and automation efforts.
•Assist in ad hoc projects such as collections or AR reconciliation as needed.
•Interact with internal teams such as Tax, Revenue Operations, Treasury, and Client Services, among others.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
•5-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit and Collections.
•Strong project management skills.
•Good understanding of GAAP.
•Advanced Excel skills, proficient in all other Microsoft Office programs.
