Key Responsibilities

  • •Own new-ARR bookings for Japan against a quota with disciplined forecasting and weekly pipeline coverage tracking.
  • •Build and run enterprise and financial-services opportunity pipelines across self-monitoring and third-party risk management use cases.
  • •Apply MEDDPICC to material opportunities and lead gap analysis and next steps in weekly pipeline reviews.
  • •Identify, recruit, and manage a Japan channel/alliance ecosystem (e.g., system integrators, MSSPs, resellers, referral partners).
  • •Represent Japan’s market needs to Product, Marketing, and Legal and execute Japan go-to-market planning with International Sales leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of enterprise software/SaaS sales experience in Japan with consistent quota overachievement; experience selling cybersecurity/GRC/TPRM solutions is strongly preferred.
  • •Ability to navigate large enterprise, financial-services, insurance, or public-sector buying committees and work with CISOs, risk/compliance leaders, and procurement.
  • •Working fluency in Japan’s cyber risk and regulatory landscape relevant to TPRM/GRC buying behavior (e.g., APPI, FSA/METI guidance).
  • •Experience building or contributing to a partner/channel ecosystem (SIs, MSSPs, resellers) in Japan.
  • •Native or near-native Japanese and business-level English; willingness to travel within Japan and periodically to APAC/US HQ as needed.
