Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Head of ICG and team leadership to assess and redefine ICG strategy to grow the institutional business across Australia and New Zealand.
  • •Analyze meeting revenue and return targets to understand product contribution and drive ancillary revenues.
  • •Drive the right behaviors for recording activities and managing data related to client engagement, revenues, and balance sheet usage.
  • •Collaborate with management and product owners locally and globally to deliver outcomes for stakeholders.
  • •Lead and develop a small team of bankers, supervising client engagement and portfolio management while promoting career development and risk excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in Institutional/Financial Institutions banking at Director level across coverage or product, including public sector, insurance and NBFI sectors.
  • •Ability to develop substantial business across a full range of products, meeting and exceeding client expectations and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • •People leadership experience, inspiring and driving top performance through coaching, mentoring, and regular check-ins with direct reports.
  • •Advanced knowledge of risk management and risk mitigation, including promoting strong behaviors around recording activities and managing client engagement data.
  • •Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (preference for Australian or New Zealand PR/Citizenship or unrestricted work rights in Australia).
