Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients with revenues between $5MM and $50MM.
  • •Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development, COIs, and industry networking.
  • •Lead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions including cashflow lending, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, buyouts, and value-based lending.
  • •Coordinate holistic solutions across Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, Personal Wealth and Advisory, Capital Markets, and Equipment Finance.
  • •Advise healthcare clients on growth initiatives such as de novo expansion, acquisitions, ownership transitions, and healthcare real estate financing while maintaining accountability for the relationship.
