Workplace Operations - New York

Own day-to-day workplace operations for ElevenLabs’ SoHo office, serving as the main point of contact for the space and driving a high-touch employee experience. Manage office logistics and vendor relationships, partner with building management on facilities and space planning, and coordinate events and VIP visitor support. Work with People Ops to improve onboarding, office communications, and SOPs so the New York hub scales smoothly as the team grows.
