Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler/vehicle to ensure safe-to-drive condition.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely consistently while maintaining excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving.
  • •Maintain availability for required shifts and rotating days off across weekdays/weekends.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.

  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • •Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
