Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and implement high-priority, complex full-stack product features end to end with long-term scalability in mind.
  • •Drive the modernization roadmap by safely rewriting and decoupling legacy monolithic code into modern architectural patterns without breaking production stability.
  • •Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and establish automated development workflows.
  • •Maintain codebase quality, reliability, and security by ensuring code passes quality gates with minimal deferred technical debt.
  • •Provide fast, thorough code reviews and drive sprint predictability through accurate technical scoping, estimation, and advanced troubleshooting.
