Key Responsibilities

  • •Own live submissions from intake to upload, including submission calendars, clarification windows, Q&A deadlines, and portal mechanics across concurrent bids.
  • •Administer procurement portals by managing registration, credentials, two-factor, and renewals for a large estate of buyer portals and framework registrations.
  • •Route and unblock experts by routing claims to the true owners and maintaining an up-to-date view of what is owed and by when, coordinating contractual, security, and data-residency flags.
  • •Protect claim accuracy by performing a second read before deliverables leave, validating claims against canonical internal sources, and flagging stale, contradictory, or unverifiable content.
  • •Build the intake process and documentation library by producing supporting materials (e.g., sole-source justifications, attestation letters, COI requests) and using AI to curate a reusable answer library.

Key Requirements

  • •Have owned complex written deliverables against hard external deadlines across deal desk, sales operations, procurement, or GRC.
  • •Demonstrate extreme attention to detail, identifying and correcting contradictions in provided information.
  • •Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with different owners, formats, and deadlines without dropping items.
  • •Build credibility to obtain clear answers from engineers or lawyers and follow up effectively the next time.
  • •Be AI-fluent by configuring or building intake, routing, and QA workflows, knowing what parts of the work an AI model should not own.
