Service Business Director – LSS Central Europe

Lead the LSS service business across Europe Central by setting short-, medium-, and long-term priorities to achieve strategic growth objectives. Directly manage field service and performance managers across multiple countries, drive services orders and profitability with strong customer satisfaction and safety performance, and own business planning, forecasting, and P&L targets. Partner with sales and solutions teams to transition project-to-service and grow the installed base.
