Job Summary

Oversee the detention transportation program in Florence, Arizona, leading a team of transportation supervisors and officers. •Assign work to subordinate supervisors and ensure fleet management meets maintenance, safety, inspections, and DOT/ELD requirements.
•Monitor and evaluate employee work; establish or recommend performance standards and conduct audits.
•Review routes and load scheduling to meet pickup/drop-off requirements and ensure proper documentation for detainee transport.
•Manage fleet maintenance schedules, remove vehicles from service for safety issues, and support budgeting/cost and performance reporting.

Salary: USD 62,449 - 106,377

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in passenger transportation logistics (or similar), or at least 3 years of experience at the supervisor/management level.
•3–5 years preferred experience managing large fleet operations, dispatching, maintenance, and transportation staff.
•U.S. citizen or a person lawfully admitted into the United States for permanent residence and resided in the U.S. for the last five years.
•Obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE government clearance; pass criminal background/consumer credit check and pre-employment/random drug tests.
•Maintain a Commercial Driver License with Passenger Endorsement and medical certification.
