Job Summary

Drive new client acquisition by building and scaling win-win partnerships with media/digital agencies and TikTok Shop partners. Establish C-level and tactical relationships, use data and benchmarks to lead strategic conversations, and advise agencies on performance, budgets, and revenue targets. Monitor partner performance, troubleshoot growth challenges, and represent agencies and their clients’ needs with internal teams like Ads Review, Finance, and Product to ensure strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and grow win-win partnerships with existing media/digital agencies and TikTok Shop partners to support long-term growth.
•Maintain both C-level and tactical relationships with agencies, positioning TikTok as a top partner.
•Use insights, data, and benchmarks to lead strategic conversations and support agencies and their clients’ growth.
•Develop and consult on strategies to improve media agencies’ performance, including scale-up, creative insights, and guidance on budgets and revenue targets.
•Monitor partner performance, troubleshoot growth challenges, and represent agencies’ and clients’ needs to cross-functional stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Requirements

•Partner-management and relationship building experience with media/digital agencies and/or TikTok Shop partners.
•Strong client focus and a proven ability to solve problems in ambiguous situations.
•Sound analytical skills, including using data/benchmarks to guide strategy and discussions.
•Experience balancing priorities and meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with exposure to revenue targets (plus: media buying across other digital marketing platforms).
