Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish project job numbers and initiate a Project Binder to track product launch.
  • •Run kick-off meetings to communicate new projects to core team members and review CSR and feasibility studies.
  • •Create and maintain project timelines, gate reviews, and change reviews based on agreed milestones.
  • •Manage project/process documentation and oversee project phase sample and change management.
  • •Monitor and train project engineers to complete APQP work and support smooth mass production release for total customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience.
  • •Bachelor of Science in an appropriate engineering discipline (BSME preferred).
  • •Successful experience performing within NPL projects is strongly preferred.
  • •Good English skills and strong communication.
  • •Strong trouble-shooting capability and familiarity with IATF16949 systems and tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC).
